Comedo (plural comedones)-A comedo is a sebaceous follicle sebaceous installed, dead cells from inside the sebaceous follicle, tiny hairs, and sometimes bacteria. When the comedo is open, it is usually called a blackhead because the surface of the plug in the follicle has a blackish appearance. A group of very small papules and may microcomedones almost invisible but have “sandpaper” feel to the touch. A papule is caused by local cellular reaction to acne process. Nodular acne is a severe form of acne that may not respond to other than Isotretinoin therapy.

Cysts-cysts are sac-like lesion containing liquid or semi-liquid material consisting of cells, white blood cells, dead cells, and bacteria. This is bigger than acne, may be very inflamed, extends into deeper layers of the skin, may be very painful, and can cause scarring. Cysts and nodules often occur together in a severe form of acne called nodulocystic.

Acnezine is the answer to all these acne lesions for it is a natural product without side effects and ensure a positive result if treated for some time.
